Cancellation policy
1. Payment Methods
At Stormys, we offer multiple secure payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash or via UPI at delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready or ensure a UPI-enabled phone is available. -
Prepaid Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via our secure payment gateway.
Note: Orders are processed only after payment confirmation in the case of prepaid orders.
2. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:
a) Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch)

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever comes first.

To cancel, email us at support@stormys.in or WhatsApp us at +918447410403 with your order number.

If prepaid, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
b) Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refusing delivery without a valid reason may affect your ability to place future COD orders.
3. Stormys Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Unavailability of the product

Errors in pricing or product information

Suspicious or high-risk transactions
If we cancel your order, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
4. Edits or Changes to Orders

Once placed, orders cannot be edited (e.g., size or address changes). If urgent, contact support immediately, and we'll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
