Enjoy free shipping on prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery, we charge a convenience fee of INR 100

Your package should arrive within 5-7 days of placing it.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your package and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy, giving you peace of mind when making a purchase from Stormys.

If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at support@stormys.in. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

  • If the product is returned after seven days
  • If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
  • Once a replacement (for size, color, or any other reason) has been processed, the order will no longer be eligible for a refund. Only one replacement is allowed per order.

Exclusive Sale

  • Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns
  • In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
  • Exchange is subject to size availability

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
